Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. - James 1:27

Living with Hope - Graduates and Students

Several young people have earned university degrees and progressed into the world of full time employment with excellent opportunities.

Theary

One of our children at the Children's Home who came from a rural province and had lost her mother at an early age, worked hard at school and went to university to study nursing.  She has now graduated and received her degree in nursing. She is married, has two young children, and works in a pharmacy with her husband. How very proud we are of her achievements.

Nalen

From Prey Veng Province, who lived at the Children’s Home and went on the study business and accounting at university.  She has secured employment at a local coffee shop.

Malis

Her single mother still lives in her village but Malis lived at the Children’s Home for her high school years.  She is now at a top university studying to be a nurse – not bad considering her outlook less than a decade ago.  She consistently gains grades in the top 20% of students at uni.

Srey Mom

From poor beginnings her outlook was gloomy until she found herself at the Children’s Home. She now enjoys sponsorship which enables education in business studies and good job prospects.  Her outgoing personality and competence in English ensure her a bright future.

Sopheak

A brother to Malis, he has graduated from high school and is now attending university studying IT.  He is gentle and kind-hearted, an excellent tour guide and tuk-tuk driver.
